Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, ensuring that fragile goods like tiles and ceramics are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Collection or Drop-off

  Depending on the size of your order, you can either drop off small items at a designated point or schedule a professional courier collection for palletized goods.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods to confirm they meet our quality standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
